About the Department of Graduate Studies
The department provides the following services to postgraduate students (diploma, master's, and doctoral):
1. Registration procedures for the various degrees of postgraduate studies on the specified dates, in accordance with regulations and legislation.
2. Obtaining registration certificates and suspending registration.
3. Obtaining postgraduate degree certificates.
4. Preparing study schedules, practice groups, and teaching plans for all specializations.
5. Preparing exam monitoring schedules, checking results, excuses, registration, postponements, and student seat numbers.
6. Preparing lists of courses taken by students at that stage, including the academic hours for each course.
7. Preparing the agenda of the Graduate Studies Committee and implementing its decisions after their approval by the University Council.
8. Prepare a statistical database for registered students, enrolled students, and graduates at that stage.
9. Issuing certificates awarding academic degrees to those who have completed postgraduate studies.
