About the Department of Graduate Studies

The department provides the following services for postgraduate students (Diploma, Master's, and PhD):

1. Processing registration procedures for various postgraduate degrees within the designated timeframes, in accordance with regulations and legislation.

2. Issuing enrollment and suspension certificates.

3. Issuing degree certificates for postgraduate studies.

4. Preparing class schedules, practical training groups, and teaching plans for all specializations.

5. Organizing examination monitoring schedules, verifying results, handling excuses, registrations, deferments, and student seat numbers.

6. Preparing course lists for postgraduate students, including credit hours for each course.

7. Drafting the agenda for the Postgraduate Studies Committee and implementing its decisions upon approval by the University Council.

8. Developing a statistical database of registered students, enrolled students, and graduates at this level.

9. Issuing degree certificates for students who have completed their postgraduate studies.
