The Education and Student Affairs Department at the college provides its services to students and graduates at the undergraduate level who study at the college. Its tasks and services include the following:
1. Accepting students who have passed high school.
2. Preparing medical certificates for new students.
4. Compiling student lists for different teams within the university.
5. Preparing lists of outstanding students and rewarding them for their excellence.
6. Preparing student seating numbers.
7. Issuing registration certificates and suspending academic studies.
8. Preparing observation schedules for examinations and verifying examination results.
9. Preparing, receiving and storing summer field training forms in factories, hospitals and pharmacies.
10. Follow up and prepare employment documents.
11. Approval and approval of residence forms in the university city.
12 Determine the value of tuition fees annually, in accordance with the regulations and legislation related to tuition fees.
13. Issuing bachelor’s degrees.
14. Issuing grade transcripts for the courses the student has taken or the courses he has previously completed at the bachelor’s level, including the hours of each course.
