Ms. Riham Arian, Activity Officer; and the Students for Egypt Union at the Faculty of Pharmacy, headed by Dr. Serag Bahaa;The Closing Ceremony of Student Activities at the Faculty of Pharmacy –Beni Suef University was held on Wednesday, 10 December 2025.
The ceremony commenced with a welcoming speech delivered by the Dean, followed by addresses from the Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, the General Coordinator of the Students for Egypt Family, and the Director General of Youth Welfare. In their remarks, they emphasized the importance of student activities and their vital role in shaping the university student’s character, highlighting that the university is not merely a place for academic study, but an integrated environment for skill development and talent discovery.
A presentation was also delivered reviewing the activities implemented during the first academic semester of the current year, with the participation of students and various activity teams.
The ceremony was attended by several distinguished professors and officials, including:
Prof. Raghda Roshdy, Head of the Clinical Pharmacy Department at the Faculty;
Associate Prof. Dalia El-Amir, Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacognosy;
Dr. Ahmed Saleh, Commercial Relations Manager at Orchidia Company;
Captain Sherif Saeed, Director of Student Families and Unions at the University Youth Welfare Department;
Mr. Sayed Hamed, Faculty Administrative Director;
Mr. Mostafa Eid, Deputy Faculty Administrative Director;
Captain Haitham Motab, Football Team Coach and Referee;
Abdelrahman Mostafa, Advisor to the Students for Egypt Family;
Ahmed Ghaleb, President of the University Student Union and Coordinator of Students for Egypt Families.
During the ceremony, Professor Hossam El-Hawary, Captain Haitham Motab, and Dr. Dina Amin, Faculty Student Activities Coordinator and Coordinator of the Students for Egypt Family, were honored in recognition of their outstanding efforts during the past period. Abdelrahman Mostafa and Ahmed Ghaleb were also honored.
Outstanding students in sports activities within the Faculty were likewise recognized, including the two football teams that secured first and second place in the Faculty Football League held at the University stadiums.
The day was marked by strong student engagement and distinguished attendance, representing an encouraging beginning to a new academic semester filled with achievements.
