A workshop was held for the administrative staff of the Faculty’s Personnel Affairs Department under the title: “Fundamentals of Human Resource Management and Personnel Affairs.”

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University; Prof. Dr. Shahira Fawzi El-Menshawy, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy; and Mr. Hany Nazmy, Faculty Director, and in cooperation with the Quality Assurance Unit at the Faculty, a workshop for administrative staff of the Personnel Affairs Department was held on Monday, April 6, 2026, entitled “Fundamentals of Human Resource Management and Personnel Affairs.”
The workshop was delivered by Ms. Rania Sayed, Head of the Personnel Affairs Department at the Faculty, with the participation of employees working in this field. It addressed several topics related to the effective management of personnel affairs, including a discussion of labor law, as well as the rights and duties of employees, among other relevant subjects.
This comes within the framework of the University’s commitment to advancing and improving the performance of the administrative body and enhancing the quality of work.
